Leadership With Vision
Our leadership team provides the foundation for SOAR’s mission. Each leader brings years of expertise in disability advocacy, nonprofit management, and safety education. Their vision ensures that SOAR remains forward-thinking, inclusive, and committed to meeting the evolving needs of individuals and families.
From designing our comprehensive safety curriculum to forging partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and first responders, our leaders ensure that SOAR continues to bridge the gaps other organizations leave behind.

Dr. Ally Dube
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience advancing the science and practice of behavior analysis. Known for her clinical expertise and executive leadership, Ally has built a career around empowering individuals with autism and developmental differences through evidence-based care and organizational excellence.
She co-founded a successful ABA company in New Hampshire, later serving in a national clinical leadership role. Today, Ally leads two impactful ventures: ABA Growth Team, a consulting firm helping ABA business owners build ethical and sustainable practices, and SOAR (Safety, Outreach, Assessment, and Resources), a nonprofit she founded in 2025 to promote inclusive safety education for people with disabilities.
Ally is a respected mentor, speaker, and advocate who has served on multiple ABA boards and associations. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to equity, leadership, and the advancement of behavior analysis. Outside of her professional life, Ally enjoys time with her family, her grandson, her cats, nature, reading, and rock concerts.
Debi Brunt
Founded by Debi Brunt, SOAR was created out of a deep personal and professional commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. As a parent of a neurodivergent son, Debi has spent years navigating complex systems—educational institutions, adult services, insurance providers, and local government—to advocate not only for her child but for countless others facing similar challenges.
Debi is currently completing her graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Endicott College, equipping her with the clinical and practical tools to further her mission. Through SOAR, she combines lived experience with academic expertise to offer a compassionate, informed, and action-oriented approach to advocacy and support.
SOAR’s mission is to provide a bridge between families and the often-overwhelming systems they must engage with—ensuring safety, facilitating outreach, conducting meaningful assessments, and connecting people to critical resources. At its core, SOAR exists to empower individuals and families with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive.

Kelly Bermingham
Kelly is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 30 years of experience in the field of autism and developmental disabilities. For the past 22 years, she has combined clinical expertise with advocacy, education, and community leadership to improve outcomes for individuals and families. Kelly is a published author of two books—Social Skills Solutions: A Hands-on Manual and The Group Experience—and is certified in both the Early Start Denver Model and PEERS social skills training.
Her contributions include co-founding New Vista School, a specialized middle and high school for students on the autism spectrum, and Spirit League, a Southern California sports league designed for children with autism. Kelly also co-founded the September 26th Project, which promotes safety awareness for families through resources on fire safety, disaster planning, and wandering prevention.
She has served on the Autism Spectrum Task Force under Senator Correa, contributed to CASP’s Organizational Guidelines and Disaster Response Guide, and co-authored a chapter in the 2022 textbook Rethinking Perception and Centering the Voices of Unique Individuals. Her chapter, titled Inclusion is a Matter of Life and Death, reflects her deep commitment to equity and safety.
Kelly is a frequent presenter at national conferences, sharing insights on safety preparedness, dental care access, early intervention, and social skills development. She also served as an advisory member for Delta Dental’s Access to All Smiles initiative, helping expand inclusive healthcare resources.
Through her work, Kelly continues to champion inclusive practices, empower families, and elevate the voices of those with unique needs.

Veronica Glickman
MA, MS, BCBA, LBA is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, seasoned behavioral health executive and the Founder and CEO of Autism Behavioral & Educational Services, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in clinical leadership, organizational development, and program oversight. She has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum. Veronica founded a behavioral health startup and successfully grew it while upholding a strong commitment to quality services. She developed and executed the organization’s business strategy, continuously identifying new opportunities and fostering sustainable growth. Deeply involved in all aspects of the company, she worked hands-on with staff and vendors to stabilize operations and ensure regulatory compliance within the behavioral healthcare field.
Veronica holds advanced degrees in Experimental and Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a certification in Behavior Analysis. A recognized thought leader in the field, Veronica has presented at national conferences, contributed to scholarly publications, & been honored among the Top Women Leaders in Healthcare. Her work is grounded in a commitment to individualized, compassionate care and a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of behavioral health services.
Veronica is skilled in negotiating reimbursement rates with funders and has trained teams in medical necessity criteria, treatment planning, titration, and discharge procedures, while also guiding them in navigating state mandates and federal regulations. She led hiring efforts to meet staffing needs and built a culture of collaboration and excellence across the organization.

Mary E. Pope
Operations and Intake Coordinator | Advocate for Disability Support | Community Leader
Mary E. Pope is a dedicated and compassionate Operations and Intake Coordinator at an ABA therapy clinic in North Carolina, where she plays a vital role in supporting families of children with disabilities. Drawing from her five years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Mary ensures that families receive the guidance and resources they need to navigate and access ABA clinical therapies within their communities.
Mary’s hails from Howell, Michigan, and her career has been marked by her commitment to advocacy and community-building. One of her most impactful accomplishments includes designing and leading a social skills teen group at her local Michigan clinic in 2020-2022, providing a meaningful space for growth, connection, and confidence-building for adolescents.
Before transitioning into ABA therapy services, Mary served as the Financial Administrative Coordinator for the Washtenaw County Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There, she reported directly to the board of directors, overseeing bookkeeping, membership management, and spearheading successful fundraising events to support mental health initiatives.
Mary pursued her education at Grand Valley State University, majoring in Computer Science and Accounting. Her professional drive is matched by a deep sense of service to her community. She has held leadership positions as VP Officer and member of the American Legion Auxiliary from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, she served as the Parent Coordinator for the PCS Athletic Football Team from 2004 to 2009, fostering team spirit and organization within youth athletics.
In her free time, Mary enjoys RV camping with family and friends in Northern Michigan, fishing, and advocating for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
